Exercise Karne se Pahle Kin Kin Bato ka Dhyan Rakhna Chahiye ?

         

           Kya aap bhi Vyayam,yoga,exercise ke pehle kuch galtiya to nahi karte ? 

ya aapko kuch pta nahi ki pehle kya karna hai aur bad me kya karna hai? to ye aapke liye hai ki exercise karne ke pehle kya karna hai?
 
                Exercise karne ke pehke apko yha jana bahot jaruri hai ki aapka sharir gathan(type) ka hai ,Q ki jo sharirik parisharam jyada karte hai unko jyada vyayam karne ki jarurt nahi hai,aur usi ke oposite jo mansik (dimaki) kam jyada karte hai unko exercise jyada karne ki jarurt hai. usi tarah agar koi ensan agar patla dubla hai to usko esa vyayam karna chahiye jisse uski body shakriy ho sake ,unko es bat ka dhyan rakhna chahiye ki unki kamjori ka karan dublapan nahi balki mashpesiyo ki durbalta ka karan hai,esiliyen unko esa uyayam karna chahiye jisse unki mashpesiya majbut ho.

             Esi tarah agar kisi ka sharir mota aur mashpesiya majbut ho to unke liye thoda hard vyayam karna chahiye jisse unki charbi kam hone me maddat kar sake.esilye koi bhi vyayam ,exercise,yoga karne ke pehle advice jarur le esa nahi ki aap kbud hi master ban kar koi bhi kisi bhi tarah ka pose karna start kar de esse aapki body par ulata asar padegaesiye ek acche jankar ensan se advice leke hi kuch start kare.


Vyayam (exercise) karne ke pehle en baton ka dhyan jarur rakhe:-


1.   Jab bhi aap vayayam kare us time aap kapde thode loose pehne jyada tight kapde pehnkar vyayam nahi krana chahiye.

2.   Koi bhi ek vyayam kane ke bad 10 se 12 bar sas jarur le fir next vyayam start kare.

3.   Agar apko koi bimari hai to vayaym karne ke pehle doctor se advice jarur le fir kuch start kare nahi to aapko koi badi problam ho sakti hai.

4.   Jab bhi jis jagah bhi aap vyayam karne betho vha aachi aur shudh hava ka aana bahot jaruri hai nai to gandi jagah pe ya aas pass ka mahol agar kharab hai to koi matlab nahi vaha vyayam karne se.

5.   Vyayam karne ka time morning me jaldi uth kar karna jyada accha rhata hai gar kisi karan vas nahi nahi pata to night me bhi aap halka vyayam kar sakte hai lekin khana khane ke 4 ghante bad.
