Hello friends, apki dost nayana ek bar fir ek naye topic ke sath hajir hai apki problem ko solve karne ke liye to me aapko aaj kuch puchne vali hu . kya aap apne aalsi aur bimar sharir se pareshan hai ya apko kabhi kabhi esa lagta hai ki aap bimar jesa fill karte hai, aapki busy life me  aap apne life style aur body ki care nahi kar pate to kuch bate jo me aapko bataungi ki aapko kab kya start and kaha kab end krna hai jisse aap swasth rah skte ho. so lets start.


First yah janna hai ki swasth kon hai ? kya swasth vah hai jo keval apna kam pura kar sakta hai ,nahi swasth vahi hai  jo apne sharir ke sath sath apne dimak ko,apne man,ko bhi swasth rah ske yah bhi bahot jruri haiagar aapka sharir accha hai aur lekin aapka man swasth nahi hai vo rogi hai to esi sharir ki shakti koi kam ki nahi ,q ki agar man swasth aur accha hoga tabhi vo sharir ko kam karne aur use ek acchi disha dikha sakata hai .aur ese hi agar man accha hai aur sharir durbal hai to yahi bhi us kam ko karne ke liye samrth nahi hoga.esiliye ye jaruri hai ki ham ese sahi thang se kam karne ki disha me banae rakhne ke liye hamesha try kare.


Nirogi aur swasth rahne ke liye ham kuch niyam bata rhi hu jise aap dhyan me rakh kar follow karne se aap ka tan ,man dono accha rah skegi.

1.     Roj exersize kare aapse jitna jo ho.
2.     Nind puri le aur aaram pura kare.
3.     Acche aur comfartable kapde pehne.
4.     Jab bhi aap uthe bethe ,sahi sthiti me bethe, jese kamar sidhi kare n all.
5.     Body ko saf aur suthra rakhe.
6.     Jitni jarurt ho utna aur postik khana hi le.
7.     Apne nature me jitna ho ske gandi chijo aur swabhav ka vikas hone na de.
8.     Tanav se hamesha bache.
9.     Roj body ki acchi ,malish kare.
10.   Agar possible ho to week me ek bar upvas kare usme aap juice aur fruit le sakte hai.

Swasth aur vyayam:-


yoga aur exersize utna hi hamare liye jaruri hai jitna hava aur pani aur khana.agar hame swasth aur fat banna hai to vyayam karna bahot jaruri hai .leken aaj ke log aaram ki jindgi pane ke liye etne aaalsi ho gae hai ke unke pas apne halthy body banane ke liye time hi nahi hai,aur kahi bhi thoda bhi agar jana ho to pedal nahi ja kar vicale ka uoyog karte hai jese pedal chalna unke shan ke khilaf ho.agar ham roj vyaym karenge to padi se padi problem ka bhi solve hogi jese kabji,nind nahi aana, khana nahi pachna etc,gar ham vyaym karenge to bina davae ke apni bimariyo ko dur bhagaenge enke alava vyayam se kahi dusre bhi benifit bhi bahot hai.




1.     Vayayam se sabhi  bimariyo se hamari raksha hoti hai.
2.     Heart ke naliyo ko takt milti hai.
3.     Heart attack hone ki sambhavna kam hoti hai.
4.     Body ko rest milta hai jisse nind nahi aana becheni,tention jesi kahi bimariyo se bacha ja skta hai.
5.     Hamare dimak ki focuse karne ki shakti badti hai .
6.     Body ki activeness, power, badti hai.
7.     Aasthama, sugar, gathiya, kamar dard, sabhi rogo ko dur kiya ja skta hai .
8.     Body ka fat kam bhi hota hai.
9.     Pet ke sabhi type ke dard se raht milti hai.

so ye thi exersize ya yoga se aap apni body ko kese swasth rakh skte hai aur apki life me kitna important hai ye to ab aap samaj hi gae honge esiliye yha bataya hai ki aap apni busy life me se thoda time nikalkar thoda yoga jarur kare aur apne sharir ko haelthy bnae eske aagae me aapko bataungi ki exrsize karne ke pehle aapko kis bat ka dhyan rakhna hai uske liye aapko comment karke batana padega ki ye post apko kesa laga ,thank you.
