            Kese hai aap sab aur kesa gya aap sabhi ka lockdown 😢 bhagvan se yahi prahna hai ki aap aur aapka pura parivar ke log swasth ho yhi aasha karte hai aur esi mahamari kabhi bhi anpni life me nahi aae.

Chaliye fir aaj ham ek nae gyan ki shuruaat karte hai jese ki aap sabhi jante hai sabhi apne apne dhram ke kuch niyam hote hai har chij, me lekin aaj ke samy me koi bhi en niyamo ko nahi manta ham bhi aapko un niyame ko manne ke liye force nahi karte bas aapke dhyan me aae aur aapko bhi pata chale esliye aapko btate hai manna nahi manna ye aapka fesla ,...

Aaj ham hindu dharm me( aarogya aur bhojan ) ke kuch niyam bhi hai muje bhi abhi pata chala so socha q na aapke sath bhi share karu ki ese bhi pehle ke samay me niyam dharam hote the q ki hame apne dada ,dadi se pata chlta tha ki ese bethke nahi khana ese khao ye khao n all aur ham sab aaj ke samy ke modrn pidi jo en sab chijo ko kaha mante etna time bhi nahi hota ki en sab ruls ko mane and follow kare .

Par q na aapke knowledge ke liye en chijo ko jane shyd kabhi na kabhi to ham bhi mane ..........khane (bhojan) ke bare me bhagvan manu ne kaha hai,

apni aayu( age) ke liye use purva (east) aur yash ( sucsses) ke liye dakshin (south) ki said face karke khana khana chahiye.   

 Est me face karte khna khane se apni life n enrgy ka udy (grouth ) hoti hai q ki sun est se udy hota hai so yah chij hona hi hai.

  • Khana khane se pehle hath ,muh , aur per dhokar est me face karke silent (bina bole) khna khana chahiye q ki khate wqt bolne se muh ki  lar kam banti jisse muh sukh jata hai aur khna khate time muh sukhne lagta hai aur bich bich me pani pina padta hai aur bich me pani pine se pachnkriya me samsya hoti hai.
  • Khana bina nahae nahi karna chahiye esse dosh lagta hai bimar ho vo bat alg hai ,esse bimari ka hona mana gya hai.
  • Khana nahane ke bad hi karne ka hindu dharm me kaha gya hai q ki khna banne ke bad uska bhagvan ko bhog lagane ke bad hi karna aur bina nahae ye hoga nahi , bhagvan ko dikhakr khane se vo khna prashan mana jata hai aur vo prashad vala khana khane se koi bhi usme nagative anrgy apne sharir me nahi jati.
  • Aur hindi granth (Bhagvat Gita ) me kaha gya hai ki ye sab chije jo hame mili hai vo bhagvan ne di hai aur yahi chije unko chadae bina khana vah chor mana gya hai esiliye khana bhagvan ko dikhane (khilane) ke bad hi khana chahiye.
  • Jitna ho sake tamsik khana nahi khana chahiye aur na hi ye chije khane me add karni chahiye ( lahsun(garlic) ,gajar( ceroot) ,pyaj( onion) , q ki ye sabhi chije khane se man ,buddhi, sharir, aatna, aadi sabhi dushit hoti hai.
  • Agar ho sake to din me ek hi bar khana khana chahiye aur agar bhukh lage to aap fruits kha sakte hai.
  • Bhojan bhrama ka rup hai ,khane ka rus vishnu aur bhokta shiv ka yah soch ke agar khana khae to drasti dosh nahi lagta.
  • Kisi vastu se sar lapet kar aur dusri koi aur disha me beth kar khana khane aur jute pehnkar jo aajkl ke logo ki festion hai aur night me khana khana ye sabhi asur (devil) ka khana mana gya hai.
  • Night ka khana halka aur jyada masala vala , jyada chaba kar khane vala nahi hona chahiye q ki night me hamari snayu (sas dhimi) chalti hai aur khana barabr pachta nhi ar sharir ke liye thik nahi hota.

Sandhya ke samy khana nahi khana khana chahiye q ki ye samay devil (bhut ,pret,ki) najar khane pe rahti hai esee sarir me rog hone ka khatra rahta hai .so nahi karna chahiye. so heyyy  bhagvan kese kese ruls hai.


Bhojan mantra in hindi :- hindu shastro me bhojan karne se pahle ek mantra bataya gya hai, jinhe aapko bolna chahiye.

  • ॐ सह नाववतु। 
  • सह नौ भुनक्तु। 
  • सह वीर्यं करवावहै। 
  • तेजस्विनावधीतमस्तु। 
  • मा विद्‌विषावहै॥
  •  ॐ शान्ति: शान्ति: शान्ति:॥
